PTZ Control for Livestream

As Manager of Audio/Video Technologies at First Congregational Church, my primary responsibility was the development and maintenance of the in-house livestreaming infrustructure. Spanning several years of development, this patch was run from a remote studio on campus and communicated with PTZOptics NDI 30x zoom cameras via HTTP commands sent from Max’s UDPSend objects. 

The patch utilizes the HI (human interface) object as well to allow for an XBOX control to operate the system and it’s automation. This, in conjunction with Elgato’s Stream Deck, Bitfocus’s Companion App, Renewed Vision’s ProPresenter, Behringer’s x32 Digital Board, and Blackmagicdesign’s ATEM Mini Extreme Iso, allowed for a fully automated livestream setup (Video + Audio) run by one technician remotely.
