The Contemporary Choral Collective of Los Angeles (C3LA) developed a series of concerts during the pandemic lockdown that utlilized sampling of miniature pre-recorded choral sound bites triggered by a live-streamed performance by one member. The members of the collective composed scores that combined the database of sounds.
“Fridge Magnet” then developed into a stand-alone web application coded in P5.js and featured on the C3LA website.
